This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality service and care while maintaining efficient laboratory operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the optical department's daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Supervise and train staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Oversee the laboratory processes, ensuring high standards of quality control and accuracy in lens fabrication.
• Maintain inventory levels of optical products and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability.
• Provide expert advice to customers regarding eyewear options, lens types, and care instructions.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, address concerns, and implement new strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
