The role requires:

• A full and relevant Level 3 or Level 2 childcare qualification.
• Team working, we are a lovely family feel nursery and we strive for happiness for our people.
• Ensuring the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures.
• A good understanding of child development in line with the EYFS.
• Supporting all nursery staff to help us deliver outstanding childcare.
• Strong communication with both adults and children.
• Reporting issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services.
• Partnership working with parents and our partners to ensure our children thrive.
• Positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain our happy nursery.

Essentials

• Minimum full and relevant Level 3 or Level 2 Early Years qualification
• Paediatric First Aid
• Basic Safeguarding
