The role

As an (Senior) Analyst you will be required to work across the Mtech Access business, being given opportunities to support a variety of projects, in a friendly supportive environment. You will work closely with senior Mtech Access colleagues to support the delivery of a range of projects including market access strategy, value communications materials, primary and secondary research, various medical writing deliverables (e.g. Global Value Dossiers [GVDs]) and evidence generation projects.

You will also be required to work closely with external stakeholders to achieve project objectives including clients, external associates (e.g. key opinion leaders, payers and other stakeholders), and third-party agencies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the supporting Analyst, or in some cases designated Analyst, on a range of activities and projects. Working under a project lead, you will be required to deliver consistently to a high standard, across a varied range of therapeutic areas and a breadth of deliverables, including but not limited to:
    • Value propositions and communications materials
    • Market access strategy/landscape development
    • Pricing research and strategy development
    • GVDs
    • Advisory boards and reports
    • Systemic literature reviews (e.g. protocol design, screening for relevant studies, data extraction)
    • Other varied activities including:
      • Contribution to business development activities such as proposal development/desk research
      • Veeva PromoMats uploads/reference tagging
      • Writing deliverables to a high standard
      • Reference pack development and checking
      • Data analysis
    • Adhering to internal and client quality control measures and taking personal responsibility for the quality of your work
    • As a member of a project team, actively contributing to planning and ongoing organisation and execution of projects, including timeline development, timely communication with colleagues and clients, note taking and execution of relevant actions

Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience gained within a consultancy or pharmaceutical company environment
  • Experience in the delivery of market access projects
  • Knowledge of market access and consulting methodologies, including both primary and secondary research
  • Strong academic background, educated to a minimum of degree level, preferably in a life sciences or medical discipline
  • High proficiency in IT in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent attention to detail
