As an Accounts Payable Stores Senior Administrator - 12-month FTC, you'll be at the heart of our finance operations, ensuring that invoices for ROI, Dutch, and UK store entities are processed accurately through our FSS systems within agreed service level agreements. You'll work closely with the team to guarantee that transactional data flows seamlessly through our finance systems, supporting the business in meeting its financial commitments.

Your day-to-day will involve the accurate processing of Stores Accounts Payable invoices, resolving customer queries, and performing reconciliations to keep our accounts in top shape. You'll be the go-to person for general administration duties, assisting the business with invoice payments and ensuring timely responses to customer email queries.

But that's not all! You'll also produce payment runs within agreed processes to ensure accurate bank submissions. You'll work with the team on daily workloads, making sure there's always enough resource available. You'll thrive by meeting set objectives in accuracy, right first time, and contribution.

Your organisational skills will shine as you perform statement reconciliations accurately and support ad hoc activities and project work. You'll actively take part in cross-training across teams for continuity during absences, bridging the gap between the team.

Dealing with urgent and escalated queries from the business will be second nature to you, driving continuous improvement and streamlining processes. You'll monitor and manage SOPs, facilitating updates where required, and manage workflow from team/manager chats, feeding back relevant information and escalating issues to senior management.

You'll bring excellent organisational qualities, the ability to process high volumes with high accuracy, experience in multi-tasking within a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail. Your customer service and query resolution skills will be top-notch, and you'll know exactly when to escalate issues to ensure key stakeholders are aware and informed.
