We are looking to recruit a Client Accounts Coordinator in our Richmond office.

Our employees are meticulous, highly professional and well-trained, with a thorough understanding of the property market in their local area. We have a track record of success in marketing at a national and international level, with over half of our business coming through referral and recommendations. Trusted for Generations, we have specialised in selling residential property in London and South of England for over 150 years.

About the role:

  • Ensuring all client money received is identified and allocated promptly.
  • Ensuring that all fees due to the business are accurately raised and collected.
  • Processing daily payments and supporting statements to Landlords, Suppliers and Tenants.
  • Handling inbound queries via phone and email from Landlords, Tenants, Suppliers and Branches in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maximising the collection of rental and fee payments through communication with debtors.
  • Ensuring that tenancy records are accurately administered at key milestones; commencement, renewal, and termination.
  • Ensuring that accurate records are maintained for all Client Accounting activity.

To succeed as a Client Accounting Coordinator, you must have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good technical knowledge of MS Office suite and experience using IT systems.
  • Good analytical and numerical ability.
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and work to deadlines.
  • A flexible approach to working under your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • The ability to adapt well to changes in process.

The following are desirable but not required:

  • Customer service experience.
  • Accounting or bookkeeping experience.
  • GCSE Maths and English grade 4 or above.
  • Lettings industry knowledge/experience.
