Junior/Trainee Factory Technician

Full Time, Monday to Friday, Based in Erith/Belvedere border

Annual Salary: £23,800 - £25,500 dependant on skills & experience

Job Opportunity:

We are looking for proactive, motivated individuals to join our team as Junior/Trainee Factory Technicians. This is an exceptional chance to start your career in a thriving manufacturing environment, complete with on-the-job training and clear progression pathways.

Key tasks:

• Support the production process with duties including:

o yard work

o operating production machinery

o paint spraying

o conducting quality checks

o maintaining a clean, safe and compliant work environment

o following health and safety guidelines.

Our fire suppression gases are inert and non-flammable. You will receive specialised industry training tailored to each role—no prior knowledge of our activities is required.

Essential skills & Qualities :

• No prior experience required, full training will be provided
• Basic understanding and handling skills of hand tools gained through education, hobbies, or personal projects .
• An eye for details with ability to follow a process and recognise irregularities
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

This is a Full-time, Permanent role

Working hours

• Mon-Thurs 7am-4pm (45 min break)
• Fri 7am-2:45pm (45 min break)
