Salary: £24,570 per year, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Huddersfield - 5 days per week in the office

Requirements

What will you be doing?

As our Reports Admin you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our asbestos management processes. You'll be responsible for:

  • Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to uphold regulatory compliance and industry standards
  • Overseeing the organisation, maintenance, and accuracy of all asbestos-related documentation, including surveys, reports, and records
  • Working closely with our asbestos surveyors, analysts, and consultants to streamline processes, address any issues, and drive continuous improvement

What do you need?

  • A background in asbestos management would be beneficial , including knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with colleagues and clients
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
