We have an exciting opportunity for Group Warranty Administrators to join our teams with a flexible location of either Bournemouth (Dorset), Southampton/Portsmouth (Hampshire), Salisbury (Wiltshire) or Horsham (West Sussex). In this role, you will work as part of a team responsible for processing manufacturer warranty claims, ensuring claims are handled to the highest efficiency and required standards. You will have the opportunity to be part of the development of our group warranty controls and processes, ensuring that our approach minimises any financial loss during the repair warranty reimbursement process. Reporting to the Group Warranty Manager and working alongside our Group Warranty Improvement Specialists, this represents a fantastic opportunity to progress your career both within the department and also within Hendy Group.The Opportunity: As a Group Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring warranty compliance of presented repairs for claiming (digital uploads/physical paperwork) from our franchised sites prior to claim progression
  • Confirming all submissions reflect the correct data, guaranteeing only accurate and fully justified claims are submitted within strict time limits
  • Monitoring the dispatch of documentation (physical/digital) from sites along with requests from our manufacturers in relation to material returns (fulfilment fully completed by sites)
  • Acting on a daily basis claim discrepancies from sites, along with required actions from our manufacturers in order to ensure successful and prompt payments
  • Maximising every opportunity for justified reimbursement, whilst absolutely minimising any financial losses to our sites along with our manufacturer audit risks
About You: We are looking for someone who is focused and self-driven with an administration flair. Ideally previous experience in a similar position would be advantageous. This is not however a pre-requisite for the right candidate, as both internal and manufacturer-based training will be provided to ensure you succeed and excel in the position. Considering the nature of this role, it's important that you have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads to ensure time sensitive deadlines are met. When it comes to attention to detail, your approach must be meticulous and thorough with the necessary high core IT skills.
