Job purpose:

The Service Administrator is essential in providing administrative support to ensure smooth operation and delivery of the service and maintenance of air source and ground source heat pumps and associated renewable energy systems. The role involves coordinating service appointments, managing customer communications, maintaining accurate service records, and assisting in the efficient running of service operations.

Key responsibilities:

· Manage customer interactions, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring efficient booking management.

· Process online and phone bookings, cancellations, and payments.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases and service records.

· Send service reminders and customer communications regarding upcoming appointments, system checks, and maintenance requirements.

· Support field engineers by coordinating dispatch, tracking job completion, and ensuring all necessary documentation is provided.

· Liaise with customers to address enquiries, concerns, and provide timely updates.

· Provide first-line customer support, escalating technical issues to appropriate engineers or technical support teams.

· Assist with the preparation of service reports and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

· Monitor service performance metrics and customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Type: TemporaryContract length: 6 months

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
