As an All Rounder, you will be responsible for supporting different areas of the business, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless guest experience.

Duties

• Assist in food preparation and culinary tasks to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Provide excellent guest services, addressing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Support bartending duties, including preparing beverages and serving drinks to guests.
• Participate in catering events, helping to set up, serve, and clean up as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all work areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members across various departments, including restaurant and hotel operations.
• Help with any additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Skills

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with guests effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to various roles within the establishment as required.
• Bartending experience is a plus but not essential; willingness to learn is key.
