Key areas of work

• Provide operational support ensuring that all requirements of the company are met.
• Ensure management is kept fully informed of any issues that evolve as necessary.
• Enhance excellent operational procedure, systems and business processes
• Management reporting
• Action all requests/ corrective action & ensure management is kept fully informed of any issues that evolve on sites as necessary.
• Supervise directly employed staff – Cleaning Operatives and act as a line manager.
• Flexible – delivers hands-on support and able to meet short notice demands.
• Carry out regular site inspections, record and follow up findings.
• Work with HR to ensure correct onboarding.
• Manage stock and equipment.
• Time and attendance management for the team

Qualifications and Experience

• UK driving license (required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• COSHH 1 year (preferred)

Desirable

• Spanish Speaker
• Portuguese Speaker

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,800.00-£30,000.00 per year
