Do you have research management and leadership skills, with a background in the administration and management of complex global partnerships?
The Centre for Antimicrobial Optimisation is seeking someone to play a pivotal support role in coordinating interdisciplinary research; including: identifying opportunities for funding and coordinating, drafting and costing funding applications; support financial management of awarded grants and drafting/coordinating required reporting; coordination and administration of key meetings and supporting the recruitment of staff and PhD students where relevant.
What you would be doing
You will be responsible for identifying and publicising relevant funding opportunities, facilitating the development of large strategic bids, providing advice and support to grant applicants, and supporting cross-discipline research initiatives.
What we are looking for
- You will be an experienced administrator or project manager who understands the complexities in working within a research-intensive environment.
- You will have a proactive approach to work with the ability to prioritise your own workload in changeable environments.
- You will also be able to assist in coordinating multiple several complex projects at any one time.
- A prior track record of working in antimicrobial resistance, infectious diseases or global health and working in interdisciplinary academic/NHS/clinical partnerships would be an advantage.

This is a full-time and a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2026, with potential for extension based at the Hammersmith Campus.
