About the role:

A Finance Receivables Manager is a critical role for our business in overseeing and optimising our accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting overall cash flow management.

    • Invoicing support both UK and Internationally; leading invoicing management and handling queries with support of our Finance Assistant.
    • Debtors; leading weekly debtor call, as well as collections management and ownership distribution for credit control
    • Month end; you'll be responsible for; Bank reconciliations (Close Brothers), Accruals revenue recognition, stripe credit card charges, google client reconciliations
    • Close Brothers; you will run credit checks for all currencies and knowledge to understand when credit is likely to fail or challenge CB decision making, as and when required to support the sales team. As well as managing invoicing and bank reconciliations.
    • Cashflow updates and daily tracking.
    • Responsible for resolving client invoice queries, managing customer statements and some ad hoc reporting task.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential, with desirable experience working in a similar industry or startup environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Experienced with NAV/Business Central.
  • Ability to run reports.

  • 1st Stage interview with Happy & Anthony (30minutes each)
  • Final Stage interview - executive review with Akua
