WELLINGBOROUGH (HYBRID)

The role

As a front office representative, you'll handle client queries via phone and email, addressing a variety of needs such as payments, account set ups and online assistance.

You'll work 37.5 hours per week, from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. You will work fully onsite for the first six months to complete training, then a flexible schedule with two days per week working remotely.

Salary: £32,000 - £33,500 per annum.

• Be the trusted point of contact for clients, supporting their everyday banking needs.
• Deliver a seamless experience by accurately executing client instructions and managing transactions.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth banking operations.
