We're looking for a motivated and confident Junior Call Centre Representative to join our growing customer outreach team. Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers as part of marketing campaigns
  • Deliver clear, engaging messaging on behalf of client brands
  • Handle inbound calls, respond to customer enquiries, and provide accurate information
  • Record and update customer data accurately using internal systems
  • Build rapport and maintain a high standard of professionalism on all calls
  • Meet daily and weekly performance targets relating to call volumes and customer engagement
