Role Overview
We're looking for a motivated and confident Junior Call Centre Representative to join our growing customer outreach team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone eager to develop communication, customer service, and sales skills in a supportive environment with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers as part of marketing campaigns
- Deliver clear, engaging messaging on behalf of client brands
- Handle inbound calls, respond to customer enquiries, and provide accurate information
- Record and update customer data accurately using internal systems
- Build rapport and maintain a high standard of professionalism on all calls
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets relating to call volumes and customer engagement
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve campaign objectives
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
