OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in North Lanarkshire Council Area in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need, including seniors, young adults, and those with specific health conditions such as dementia. Role Responsibilities
- Assisting our supported persons in all aspects of their daily life, including personal care and hygiene in their homes
- Support individuals with dementia care, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Meal preparation and medication prompts
- Domestic duties and companionship
- Supporting independence and wellbeing
- Accurate record-keeping and reporting
- Engage in recreational activities with clients to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
