We’re Hiring: Experienced Cocktail Bar Tenders & Floor Staff

Hemisphere is a vibrant, Australasian-inspired restaurant and bar nestled in the heart of West Bridgford. Known for our bold, flavourful menus and warm hospitality, we serve everything from indulgent Aussie-style brunches and Asian-fusion tapas plates to specialty coffees, bubble teas, and expertly crafted cocktails.

By day, we offer relaxed, casual dining. By night, Hemisphere transforms into a dynamic experience of elevated sharing plates, curated wines, and exceptional service.

We’re expanding! With the launch of our hidden bar and brand-new outdoor seating, the secret is out — Hemisphere is becoming the place to be in West Bridgford. As a result, we’re looking for experienced, enthusiastic bar and floor staffto help us keep up with growing demand.

As an independent, family-run business founded by Nottingham chef Paul Thacker, we’re passionate about what we do. You’ll be joining a close-knit, supportive team that truly values each person’s contribution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Confident, friendly, and service-focused
• Passionate about hospitality and creating great guest experiences
• Able to stay calm, organised, and professional under pressure
• Cocktail experience is a big plus (training available for the right candidate)
• A team player with great communication skills
