About the Role
Are you able to work as part of a busy Communications and Marketing Team to plan communications activities, to implement them to agreed targets and goals and to evaluate their success? Candidate Profile
You will need:
- to take the lead for communications on agreed areas, issues or policies, liaising effectively with senior managers and elected Members as directed by the Communications Manager.
- provide a high-quality media relations service, produce high quality texts, articles, news release and other written materials.
- make full use of the Council's website and other online communications channels, including social media, to communicate effectively with widest possible audiences and to ensure that the Council's message are promoted online.
- to be able to undertake specified duties and tasks linked to the Communications and Marketing Team
