We are recruiting for a front of house candidate to join our Private practice. The right candidate will be motivated and able to work as part of a team. The role consists of appointment booking via our dental software, dealing with patients on a face to face basis and via the telephone in a calm, professional and reassuring manner. Liaising with dentists, hygienist and nurses to ensure an efficient patient journey.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
