Job Responsibility:

Saltmarine Cars on the main M1 Motorway have an opportunity for an Office Admin to join our team on a maternity cover basis.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, excels in multitasking, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. As a key point of contact within the office, you'll be instrumental in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and supporting both customers and internal teams.

Main Duties:

• Update and maintain digital databases
• Answer and direct customer calls
• Manage email correspondence
• Coordinate with your line manager on resolutions to customer issues
• Communication with other departments
• General administrative duties as requested

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
