Job Responsibility:

You'll be responsible for maximising the teams' performance through active supervision and coaching whilst always ensuring the highest standards are achieved. You'll need to ensure your team delivers excellent customer service and be able to deliver requirements within a busy and target-driven environment. you'll need to ensure they feel part of the team and effectively communicate and manage them in this type of environment. You'll need to be proficient in analysing and manipulating data to drive performance and be able to build an improvement culture that will continue to evolve our processes and delivery. What does it take to be a Data Interrogation Team Leader?

• A dedicated people manager with a track record of managing and leading a large team, building relationships to drive performance and improve delivery
• Previous experience of working in a high volume, fast paced and performance driven operational environment is important. Knowledge of problem solving and the ability to work through critical business issues is required.
• Customer service is very important to us so it is essential that you can demonstrate how you'll display a tireless focus on ensuring the Customer is at the heart of everything we do, and you'll set the tone for a continuous improvement mindset across the team and embed this into a positive team culture.
• Competent user of Microsoft office applications and ideally you'll have knowledge of metering and billing policies but if not, training will be provided. You'll need to be a fast learner though!
