We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Shared Services Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-paced HR department, providing essential support across a wide range of HR functions.

Managing a busy Mailbox
Accurately processing and maintaining data within the HR System
Assisting users to access our HR System
Supporting colleagues across the HR team
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have...
Experience of providing administrative support for a busy service
Experience of maintaining paper and electronic records
Experience of responding to customer queries received by email and telephone.
Ability to interpret and input data accurately
IT skills - on Microsoft based packages (Excel, Word)
Grade C Maths & English or Equivalent
Commitment to continuous personal development
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise own workload
Willingness to work flexibly as part of a team
Good written and verbal communication skills
