Job Responsibility:
Are you the Company Buyer we are looking for and ready to work with the Greatest Building Contractor in the South West?
You will have high standards, be friendly, well presented, enthusiastic, conscientious, and trustworthy... You would be described as professional, courteous, dedicated, forward thinking and a relaxed team player….
As the company Buyer you will be responsible for negotiating, placing, and recording of all company purchase orders for Subcontractors, Plant, and materials for the construction projects.
You will have a vital role to play in helping ensure the profitability of contracts and will be responsible for ensuring that the most cost effective and appropriate material, subcontractors, and plant is purchased.
The role will involve continual close liaison, communicating, monitoring, and reporting to the project team and management team.
You will apply the skills you already have in construction, buying and negotiation to achieve or surpass any KPIs and target set.
