Duties

• Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities that align with client interests.
• Create detailed itineraries that include transportation, lodging, and activities.
• Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services on behalf of clients.
• Provide clients with essential travel information including visa requirements, health advisories, and local customs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and hospitality offerings.
• Handle any changes or issues that may arise during the client's trip to ensure a seamless experience.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Experience

• Previous retail travel experience desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in itinerary planning.
• Proficiency in using booking systems and travel software is an advantage.
• A passion for travel and knowledge of various destinations worldwide.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
