As an Apprenticeship Coach, you'll be at the heart of our mission: supporting apprentices to succeed and thrive across a wide range of professional programmes. Acting as a key link between the apprentice, employer, and academic teams, you'll guide learners through every stage of their journey, offering expert coaching, practical support, and valuable insight to ensure they develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to excel. Main duties and responsibilities The Apprenticeship Coach plays a pivotal role in supporting both apprentices and employers throughout the entirety of the apprenticeship journey. Acting as a vital bridge between the apprentice, their employer, and the University, the coach ensures a high-quality and cohesive learning experience that supports successful progression and achievement. This involves consistently monitoring, reviewing and supporting the progress of apprentices; collaborating closely with employers to align academic learning with practical workplace development; ensuring full compliance with both university policy and national apprenticeship regulations; and offering individualised guidance and coaching to help apprentices develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours they need to succeed in their roles.
