What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and executing Joblingo's social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more
• Creating, editing, and publishing engaging short-form video and visual content
• Planning and scheduling posts in line with campaigns, trends, and our content calendar
• Collaborating with consultants to highlight roles, candidate stories, and company culture
• Monitoring performance, engagement, and analytics to inform future content
• Responding to comments, messages, and staying active in our online communities

What We're Looking For

• Someone with a passion for content creation and a strong social media presence or portfolio
• Creative thinker who's confident filming, editing, and experimenting with new formats
• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro is a bonus)
• Great copywriting skills with a good sense of tone and timing
• A team player who's full of ideas, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
