Job Description :

Role Overview:As a Junior Event Representative, you will represent our clients at live marketing events across the region. You’ll be on the frontline of brand communication, engaging with potential customers, building relationships, and helping to generate leads or sales through positive and professional interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent client brands at promotional events, pop-ups, exhibitions, and retail activations
• Engage with the public to raise brand awareness and communicate key messaging
• Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of event materials and displays
• Provide outstanding customer service while answering questions and guiding potential customers
• Maintain a polished, positive, and professional appearance in line with brand guidelines
• Collect data, feedback, or leads as required by the campaign
• Collaborate with event managers and the wider team to ensure campaign success

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing and personable with strong communication skills
• Ability to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure
• A team player with a proactive attitude
• Willingness to travel locally for events
• Previous experience in events, retail, hospitality, or promotions is beneficial but not essential
• A genuine interest in marketing and brand promotion
