Job Responsibility:

Supporting Clinical ExcellenceUndertake rapid assessment of patients presenting to the Emergency Department (ED) Provide support to other clinical colleagues to ensure the safe, effective, and efficient care of patients Liaise with the onsite GP, ED Consultants, ED Doctors, ED Nurses and MDT to ensure safe,efficient patient care Ensure that patients receive high quality clinical care decisions, delivered in a timely manner Supply and administer medicines in line with Patient Group Directives and within scope of practice Ensure complete and accurate documentation of every patient contact Professional responsibilities Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and at all times work within own scope of professional practice Ensure that professional practice adheres to organisational and NMC policies, procedures, and guidelines Maintain confidentiality regarding information pertaining to patients and staff Maintain a professional manner and act as a positive role model for all members of the ED team Ensure accurate record keeping and documentation in line with local policy and NMC Code of Professional Conduct Keywords : Northampton jobs
