Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, handling various tasks related to materials management and logistics. This position requires attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Perform lifting and manual handling of goods and materials.
• Utilise a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory and managing stock levels.
• Engage in picking and packing orders accurately to ensure timely dispatch.
• Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards of product integrity.
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all items are accounted for.
• Maintain an organised and clean work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
• Manage and respond to customer service enquiries
• Create product listings for our online web platforms

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with quality control processes will be beneficial.
• Experience with shipping and receiving operations is desirable.
• Competence in using forklifts or willingness to undergo training is essential.
• Customer Service Experience (preferably via call, email, face to face)
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.
