The post is to commence - September 2025
The Governing Body of Caerleon Comprehensive School, a popular high-achieving school with a student role of 1500, is seeking to appoint motivated, organised, and hard-working individual to the post of Cover Supervisor. We have 3 permanent vacancies for this role.
You will oversee classes during the short-term absence of teachers and may also be required to assist with other duties including examination invigilation/general administration.
Previous experience as a Teacher or Cover Supervisor would be a distinct advantage. We are looking for candidates who are able to build good working relationships with our students, have excellent classroom management and excellent communication skills.
The appointment is offered on a full-time basis of 32 hours and 30 minutes per week, working term time. Holidays must be taken during school holiday periods.

Due to the opening of an additional school site in Caerleon, Ysgol Bryn Derw are seeking to appoint a caretaker to work 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday, for 52 weeks per year. Holidays are to be taken during school holiday periods
