Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Collector/Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, you will be providing a collection service, while also promoting our products and services. You will be visiting the customers for face to face interaction.

Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Driving to visit customers on a 4 week rota basis.
• Keeping accurate paperwork and banking records.
• Be responsible for cash and master keys.
• Provide accurate information about our machines.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and ensure their satisfaction with our products.
• Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs.
• Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer complaints or concerns.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Be honest, responsible, reliable and organised.
