Job Responsibility:
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant and front of house staff to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee cleaning staff
- Reception duties- Train and mentor new employees, providing guidance and support as needed- Oversee food production and ensure compliance with food safety regulations- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise- Maintain a clean and organized work environment- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving restaurant performance
Skills:- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices- Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or kitchen setting- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in supervising staff and delegating responsibilities effectively- Familiarity with bartending and beverage service
Personal licence required at Supervisor level
