Job Description Summary Job Description Platform Administrator 12 Month Fixed Term Location: Edinburgh (typically 2 days in the office per week, 3 from home) Salary: A competitive salary from £23,400, depending on the experience you can bring Closing date: 13th June 2024 Hi, we're Aegon. As a Back Office Platform Administrator, you're the person that our customers rely on to help them manage their financial wellbeing. You'll process customer requests, answer queries and work with your team to solve any complex issues. We'll train you. We're not looking for financial experts (though they are very welcome!) because when you join us, you'll join our Platform Academy and learn from some of our experts. Before you deal with customers, we'll give you the skills and the technical know how to delight and support them. We'll help you develop a career. If you want to take your career further, we'll help you work towards a professional qualification in financial administration or planning. We'd love to hear from you if:
- You've got experience in customer service (contact centre, face-to-face, helpdesk - that kind of thing)
- You have an awareness of risks associated within the Financial Services Industry.
- You can put yourself in a customer's shoes, taking ownership and working flexibly to meet their expectations.
- You know your way around typical Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel
