About the role
Hammersmith and Fulham Registration Service is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is motivated and hardworking to deliver a high standard of service for our residents, customers, and stakeholders.
To undertake and assist with all statutory registration and discretionary service technical duties as required. To ensure that the Registration Acts and Regulations and legal obligations of a registrar are applied in a fair and equitable manner. To provide an administrative support service to the unit and to give advice and assistance to customers accurately and uniformly in accordance with relevant legislation.
To provide the front-line access point for the registration service face to face and via email and telephone. To ensure customers are dealt with efficiently, effectively and with due consideration and that they have an exceptional experience every time they contact and access the service.
