Job Responsibility:
This is an amazing opportunity for a driven ambitious individual to play a major part in a dynamic growing Service Department.
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Coordinator to work as part of our strong and motivated Helpdesk based in our Motherwell Office covering an engineering team throughout Scotland.
The coordinator will be responsible for contract and engineering administration along with client contact . Playing a role within the team scheduling and communicating with our engineering team and working with other departments.
Main duties:
· Client Communications and engagement
· Engineering communication and engagement
· Scheduling of planned and reactive works throughout Scotland
· Client reporting
· Monitor service levels to ensure delivery meets and exceeds contractual specifications and customer expectations
· Build and maintain a partnership approach with clients to understand needs and minimize any service issues.
· Proactively work within the team to ensure high levels of service delivery, whilst influencing, delivering, directing, and working with Principal Engineers to ensure the required standards are achieved
Experience:
· Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple priorities and achieve tight deadlines.
· Excellent relationship management and motivating skills
· Demonstrate strong skills and the ability to work under pressure.
· 3 years previous experience within a dynamic fast paced helpdesk environment
