Job Responsibility:

You will lead our restaurant team to ensure we meet our own high standards and make sure we exceed our guests expectations every time they stay with us. The hotel team maintain our 50 bedrooms and guest areas, attending to all the small details to make sure each guests feels special. You will be hands on working alongside your team to ensure they are working to the required timescales and at the highest of standards. Your responsibilities will include;

• Organising your team during a busy breakfast or evening service to ensure they respond to the needs of our customers and maintain excellent standards of quality and service in both the restaurant and bar areas.
• Plan ahead to ensure stock levels and supplies are ready prior to service and your team are aware of the menu and daily specials so are knowledgeable and able to make customers feel special
• Reporting to the restaurant manager you will also work collaboratively with other teams in the Hotel to ensure our guests have a wonderful stay with us
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, opening and closing procedures to ensure full compliance with Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations and our Westmorland Way
