Job Responsibility:

Job title: Supply & Shipping Coordinator (permanent, full-time)

Location: North West London, NW2 7HF

Salary:£30,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm + 1 hour lunch break (4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)

As part of our commitment to innovation and development, we are looking for an experienced Supply and Shipping Coordinator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities will include…

- Coordinate between Supply Chain, Shipping, and Export departments to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries about shipping and export delays, offering proactive solutions.

- Daily checks on pending orders, resolving issues to maintain smooth operations.

- Address discrepancies efficiently, keeping customers informed and satisfied.

- Monitor key metrics, analyse data for improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and satisfaction.

You will have…

- 1-2 years' experience in a Supply Chain or Shipping department.

- International sales experience within Supply Chain would be advantageous.

- 1-2 years' experience with using MS Office (Word/ Excel).

- Experience with using SAP system would be advantageous.

- Experience working in a similar sized company.

- Flexible and willing to learn ways of working.
