Role Overview: We are seeking a talented People Culture Executive with a strong understanding of HR best practices and recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented and have a people-focused approach. You shoould be bubbly and engaging, capable of fostering a vibrant and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and roll out employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives and lead CSR initiatives.
  • Ensure employment records are up-to-date.
  • Manage payroll
  • Coordinate trainings
  • Support the Head of Departments in recruitment, performance management and employee relations
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Manage all HR systems (Fourth Hospitality, Recruit Genie, LinkedIn).

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of hotel operations
  • at least 1 years experience as HR Executive/Assistant/Officer within hospitality
  • Thorough knowledge of best practices, employment legislation, and the recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and on own initiative.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK; documented evidence of eligibility will be required.
