Duties

• Greet and assist customers as they enter, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations when necessary.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer concerns regarding their meals.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately while following company policies.
• Support catering events by setting up and breaking down service areas as required.
• Uphold the highest levels of hospitality by responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly.

Skills

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in bartending or catering is a plus but not mandatory.
