Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the shop, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering excellent customer service.

Duties:

- Supervise and lead a team of shop staff- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of products- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets- Maintain a clean and organised shop environment- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting- Utilise phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and orders

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is advantageous- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff effectively- Administrative capabilities to handle paperwork, reports, and schedules- Ability to sell products and drive sales- Organisational skills to manage inventory and operations efficiently
