Contract Term: 3 months possible extension

Contracting Authority: A major rail company

Location: Hybrid - 5 days a week in the Larbert training centre near Falkirk / Remote Working

As a Programme Office Support your main responsibilities will be

· Responsible for providing front line customer interface service at development centre.

· Provide details of forthcoming training course attendees to the Workforce Development Centre Managers and Workforce Development Specialists.

· Set up training rooms for forthcoming training courses.

· Produce copies of all necessary training materials as required.

· Responsible for the input of results into OLM from the end of course assessments.

· Manage the procurement of goods and services for the development centre and record expenditure.

· Provide all round administrative support to the Workforce Development Centre Managers and Workforce Development Specialists.

· Work closely with the Planner and administration team to ensure resource utilisation is maximised.

Essential Skills

· Good time management

· Experience in customer service, face to face

· Stakeholder engagement at all levels

· Good MS Office skills with a focus on Excel

· Strong organisation skills

· Good communication skills (verbal and written) including excellent telephone manner

· Experience of working with a team

· Strong self starter

Desirable Skills

· Recognised qualification in keyboard associated skills and office management techniques

· Knowledge and experience of training administration

Qualifications

Educated to GCSE/O level standard in English and Maths
