The Opportunity We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR People Partner to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing strategic HR leadership and support to the leadership teams across two business lines: EMEA regional business lines and Consulting global business line. The ideal candidate will drive the talent lifecycle across these business lines, leveraging centre-led programs while considering the unique requirements of different geographies and talent segments. Location London preferred. Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the leadership teams of the EMEA regional business lines and Consulting global business line. Drive the talent lifecycle by implementing and overseeing centre-led programs, ensuring successful implementation in different geographies and talent segments. Connect the talent strategy with the strategic priorities of the business, measuring success through data analytics and insights. Act as a key member of the WD EMEA Board and Consulting leadership teams, providing HR expertise and insights. Lead and manage a team of HR Business Partners (HRBPs) aligned to different geographies, business segments, and client portfolios, while navigating a highly matrixed HR organization. Ensure globally inclusive People programs, policies, and processes, considering the complexities of local culture, language, and statutory requirements. Drive transformational programs across multiple geographies, enabling profitable business growth. Influence successful service delivery and agile resource deployment across the geographic matrix, proactively planning resource needs across the HR platform beyond direct reporting lines. Develop and nurture the leadership pipeline, including identifying and grooming board-level successors for leadership talent and future pipelines. Develop relationships with senior leaders and top talents across our businesses and support ongoing talent conversations with executive leadership about talent capabilities, aspirations, and mapping development opportunities. Connect across our global geographies and other business lines to maximise awareness of opportunities and available talent Work closely with executive leadership to ensure people aspects are at the core of strategic transformation initiatives Lead the annual compensation process, driving continuous improvements and ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Support enterprise-wide incentive initiatives and implement change management plans that are tailored to the specific needs of the business lines and local geographies. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to deliver top-quality recruitment services to our leaders and clients. Champion JLL values, culture, and leadership behaviours, ensuring they are embedded in our people practices. Be flexible and adaptable to a changing business environment, actively anticipating and shifting HR priorities to meet acute business needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 12+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic HR business partnering. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing HR teams. 8+ years' experience working across multiple geographies in EMEA; a plus to have experience operating globally across multiple regions Strong knowledge of the full HR lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, talent development, and compensation. Experience working in a highly matrixed organization, with the ability to navigate complex structures. Proven ability to drive transformational change initiatives across diverse geographies and business lines. Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and establish credibility with senior leaders. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations across different geographies. Experience in the real estate or professional services industry would be advantageous, but not required. HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR would be a plus.
