Source AZ, a burgeoning comprehensive trade company based in London and specialising in Sino-British bulk daily commodity trade. We are seeking an experienced International Trade Manager to join our team, on either on Part-Time or Full-Time basis. As an emerging force in the trade industry and an official partner of Gialen Commercial Chain Co., Ltd., We are dedicated to connecting British large-scale supermarkets and retail chains with high-quality products from China. In line with our expansion and commitment to excellence, we invite applications from dynamic individuals with a strong background in the trade sector.

You will be acting as the subject matter expert, and this is a role that requires previous experience in International Trade Manager and preferably from similar industries.

What we give

In addition to a salary between £35,000.00 and £40,000.00 pro rota (Part-Time or Full-Time) depending on experience, you will be eligible for a performance-based bonus after the successful probation period.

Key responsibilities:

· Proven experience in managing trading activities.

· Sales management expertise to achieve revenue targets.

· Plan personal sales activity effectively with regular contact via telephone, email and face to face communication.

· Establish and plan key accounts.

· Actively promoting the brand and always provide exceptional customer service.

· Self-generate appointments to maximise revenue.

· Provide advice and guidance to resolve queries and objections and ensure follow up and resolutions are delivered.

· To investigate where international trade can open opportunities for us and our end customers.

· To keep abreast and educated of new formalities and international trade restrictions and opportunities to promote within the business.

· Understand specific customs rulings in place, e.g. for complete structures. Educate operational teams on how they need to be managed to be shipped/processed to fulfil requirements of rulings and periodically audit the process.

· Experience in negotiating rates with clients

· Strong commercial skills and business acumen are necessary as is the ability to identify and maximize opportunities

To be successful, you must have:

· Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Business or Sales Management

· Relevant experience: 5 years of sales, trade and category experience.

· A proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· The ability to implement successful sales strategies.

· Experience in managing complex sales engagements.

· Strong analytical and economic management skills
