Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Officer based in UK. As a Customer Service Officer, your day-to-day tasks will involve:
- Providing excellent customer support
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Delivering a positive customer experience
- Responsible for addressing customer inquiries
- Resolving issues and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Sales experience is a must as well
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or certification in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Interpersonal Skills, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
- Customer Service and Customer Experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy
- Patience and resilience to handle customer complaints
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in using customer service software and systems
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Atleast 2-3 years of customer service and call center experience
