Job Responsibility:

The company are now looking to recruit an experienced Product Development Manager who will be key in the successful launch of new products in to the healthcare sector which has a focus on quality, compliance and ISO standards. • Leading and managing the entire product development process from concept to market launch.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for medical devices.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and quality assurance to develop and enhance products.
• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and improvements for existing products.
• Developing and maintaining product documentation, including technical files and regulatory submissions.
• Providing regulatory guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.
• Monitoring and interpreting regulatory changes to ensure company products remain compliant.
• Managing product lifecycle and post-market surveillance activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in product development and regulatory affairs within the medical device industry is desirable
• Strong knowledge of medical device regulations (e.g., MDR, FDA) is desirable
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
