All Saints Multi Academy Trust is seeking a talented and aspirational Director of People to join our growing Trust. You will be an experienced senior HR/People professional committed to bringing our Christian values to life across all of our 9 Academies and helping us to achieve our mission that all our young people achieve and are successful. We know our 789 people are fundamental to our mission and purpose and we want every employee to feel valued, supported and developed. Leading our Trust HR team and as a key member of the Executive team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our people strategy ensuring this is aligned with our overall mission and that it impacts the working lives of our all our staff. You will ensure the HR support to schools is high quality, timely and efficient. You will support the Trust through growth, ensuring the that new schools and staff that joins us feel part of our community.

You will be CIPD Member level qualified or have equivalent experience and you will have significant experience operating at a senior level in HR. You will have a track record of developing and delivering people strategy with impact across a multi site organisation.

You will be values driven in your approach and experienced at operating at a senior level working with leaders and the Board. You will demonstrate commitment to your own development and be a visible advocate of equality, diversity and inclusion in all you do.

This role will be responsible for developing and driving the Trust's People Strategy.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will be instrumental in ensuring a diverse and talented workforce aligned with our vision, values and strategic aspirations. Key responsibilities include overseeing the Trust's People Strategic Plan and the experience across all stages of the employee life cycle, from recruitment and selection, through to performance, development and succession. You will maintain strategic oversight of professional development of all colleagues: teachers, associate staff, operational, financial, Central Team and trainees. The post will report directly to the Chief Finance and Operation Officer and you will be a key member of the Executive Team responsible for the Trust's People strategy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £66,750.00-£74,019.00 per year
