We are currently looking for a passionate, lead practitioner who understands the importance of creating a learning ethos that supports children's individual needs.The ideal candidate should be an experienced 3-5-year practitioner with a keen interest in the pedagogy of play. A good working knowledge of Curriculum for Excellence, Realising the Ambition and childhood development is essential for this role. A good understand of additional support for children. And a love of outdoor learning.

The successful candidate must be flexible, reliable and have a good understanding of best practice required to maintain a high-quality provision.Candidates must...

Have an HNC in Early Learning & Childcare, an SVQ3 in Social Services (Children and Young People) or an equivalent or higher relevant qualification in childcare or early years practice. Wiliness to complete a BA or further qualification is essential.

Have at least 2 years experience in 3-5 room early learning and childcare leading a team.

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
