Job Responsibility:

We are currently seeking a Lead Developer with experience across the full-stack to join our client, an exciting and innovative digital transformation agency as they look to expand their development capabilities. As a Lead Developer, you will take a hands-on role in mentoring and growing the team, implementing best practice principles within the business, leading from the front with projects for their diverse client base, acting as the client-face for our projects, and driving efficiency through cloud and infrastructure services.

The projects you'd be working on are typically cloud based web applications however they vary from client to client.

The successful candidate will require a significant amount of experience in a mentoring or lead role, and will have extensive experience working with PHP on the backend including Laravel, strong understanding of modern javascript such as React or Vue, and CSS frameworks on the frontend. For the lead position, it would also be great if you have experience across AWS and wider services.
