Job Responsibility:

What you'll be doing:

  • Designing, building, and optimising impactful patient recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Creating and implementing campaigns across multiple digital channels, primarily Paid Search and Paid Social, for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving performance issues to ensure optimal campaign success.
  • Collaborating with clients and colleagues to create cohesive and effective strategies.
  • Regularly reporting on campaign performance, providing clear and insightful explanations of your methods.
  • Supporting the BD team in crafting compelling proposals for prospective customers and new studies.
  • Making a significant impact on the lives of people with rare genetic conditions by prioritising the patient voice in your strategies.

This job is for you if you:

  • Have experience as a paid media buyer, optimizing within budgets, with direct-to-patient campaign experience being a plus.
  • Are proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager. Experience with Ahrefs or SEMRush is a plus.
  • Have experience running global campaigns and can navigate diverse markets effectively.
  • Think critically and strategically, identifying opportunities and clearly communicating your ideas.
  • Excel in building data-driven multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Lead and facilitate sessions confidently with internal teams and external clients.
  • Understand key performance metrics and can translate data into actionable insights.
  • Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Are a self-starter, highly motivated, and skilled at managing time in dynamic environments.
  • Are passionate about learning, growing, and innovating to stay ahead in the digital marketing field.

Even better if you have:

  • 5-7 years of digital marketing experience in a relevant sector.
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A proven track record of establishing and managing successful digital campaigns for patient recruitment and retention.
  • Strong strategic planning and regulatory navigation skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
