This is a unique opportunity to use your customer service skills in an environment where no two days are the same. We run buildings which have varied sized offices which are let to exciting small businesses. Our friendly team provides outstanding service and creates a supportive environment for our customers which enables them to focus on their businesses.
Dock is a vibrant workspace building for tech businesses based at Pioneer Park. We have 70 offices/commercial spaces across 2 buildings, these are individually leased to over 40 innovative businesses who are then our customers. We also have a busy meeting room business. We currently have Dock 1 & 2, and are in the process of opening Dock 3, 4 and 5.
Gresham Works is an exciting workspace in the centre of Leicester where there are a combination of offices, co-working spaces, and meeting rooms. Our customers who are based here are mostly in the professional services sector.
Working under the guidance of the Operations Manager, you'll support the general admin and reception of the building as well as oversee the meeting room facilities, ensuring service standards are always maintained. You'll either work at Dock, Gresham Works or sometimes between both.
The working hours will be between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday on a rota basis. Occasionally you may be required to work out of normal office hours.

You'll set up meeting rooms with IT equipment and refreshments, greeting tenants and visitors, stocking tenants' kitchens and maintaining coffee machines, sorting post, answering enquiries both in person and by email, ordering stock and processing invoices and general financial reports. On occasions you'll be required to carry out remedial cleaning and you'll willingly assist the team with other duties as and when needed.
You'll also have an opportunity to learn more specific subjects on a rota basis for areas such as planning and running tenant and external events, planning, and updating social media, financial administration and reports specific project work. This will provide variety to the role and allow you to develop skills in different areas whilst being supported by the rest of the team.
What you'll need
Passionate about working in a front of house role providing excellent customer service, you'll have good IT skills to be able to use our systems effectively. With strong communication skills and the ability to relate to people, you'll deliver the reception and information services ensuring the needs of the tenants and customers are met. Your attention to detail will be second to none and with a proactive approach you'll provide creative solutions to how the service could be improved. With good organisation skills, the ability to work under pressure and a flexible approach, you'll be able to prioritise tasks.
